What happens if you notice that there is ‘light in your mind?’ If we meditate on light and happiness, if that is our focus for many years, then it seems more likely that there would be some effect.
Apparently, there are many attributes of the ‘flow of awareness’ that we can notice and eventually integrate into our lives, as we meditate deeper.
When we touch into the higher spheres and feel the bright and rich textures, it is exciting to the mind and motivates us to balance out the various aspects of our lives more, so that we are able to go deeper in our meditations, and our adventure is ever new and fun.
